Management
I ensure that the project is executed efficiently and correctly. To monitor the budget, planning, quality, risks and opportunities, as well as the influence of stakeholders, I use tools and technics. I identify the timeframe in which changes can be implemented without additional costs, draw up a clear demarcation of activities and detailed planning. To ensure you know what will be delivered, we reviewing with the project team, using the 3D model, specifications and planning.
Construction
Management
For the proper execution of a project, preparation is crucial. As a construction manager, I am aware of the engineering documents and based on these documents I draw up a construction plan. During execution, I am the first point of contact and report on the status of the schedule, achieved and upcoming milestones, quality, safety reports, execution problems, budget and change proposals, among other things.
ABOUT ME
I am an all-round, driven and enthusiastic project and construction manager with a lot of experience and knowledge of complex multidisciplinary projects. I have a strong personality and know how to supervise a project (team). By inspiring and coaching I act as a central point within a project. My goal is to achieve the maximum within a project. In addition, I am critical in the field of safety, quality, planning, budget, risks and opportunities.

Knowledge and experience are essential for the successful course of a project. Think of using the right tools and technics. Thanks to my experience in industrial construction and the realization of office buildings, parking garages and distribution and storage warehouses, I bring a lot of practical knowledge and insights with me.

At the moment I have 33 years of work experience at, among others, a construction company, real estate developer and engineering firm. In 2018 I started my own project and construction management company, vBBs Management Services.
